Windows folder in users profile?

Hi.

Can anyone tell me when the windows folder in users
profile is created, is it when terminal server 2000 is
installed or citrix metaframe XP?

The windows folder is used by Terminal Services (with or without
Citrix). It is used to provide each user with a separate copy of any
ini-files, that would have been stored in C:\windows on a single user
workstation. This allows for user-specific settings.
