I have updated to XP SP2 and have noticed that even though I have enabled the
Firewall by default, it seems to be shutting off each time I reboot or re
dial-up. Is there anyone else having this problem and someone help?

I would suspect this is because you have a third-party firewall
installed also. See if you have one by McAfee, Norton, Sygate, or
ZoneAlarm. In this case, use the third-party firewall and disable the
Windows Firewall from its Control Panel applet.
