Windows firewall security issue

I keep receiving what looks like a security warning stating Win32.Zafi.B is a
worm trojan program. Do I want to block to this program, but the keep
blocking icon is not highlighted. It tells me to enable protection and
brings up a new tab on my browser. It then tells to to install. I need to
know if this is a true warning or if it is a trojan trying to access my
computer and how to get rid of it. I have Norton Anti virus on my PC, but it
does not see this warning as a threat.

Your system is infected with malware. You need to seek help in a forum for
antivirus and anti-malware procedures. A Google search should locate many
such forums. Do *NOT* accept the "Antivirus 360" invitation!

If you have *good* anti malware software installed, and it is up to date,
try the following:

Reboot your system in Safe Mode, then run a complete scan with both your
antivirus and anti-malware programs to see what they find.
