Windows firewall for separate connection

I have two network adapters that I have installed. When I
enable the Windows Firewall on one connection, it also
enables the firewall on the wired connection. Is there a
way to configure the firewall for one connection?
 
If you are running SP2, disable the firewall in the Security Center. Then
enable it on the desired Local Area Connection.
