Windows File Protection

Get message at random times stating .Windows detects that this computer is infected with a spyware called "SubSearch","MoneyTree","Aornum","Win32/Aspam.Trojan. It then ask me if I would like to find spyware software.
I have run the following programs, McAfee Antispyware, Ad-aware6.0, Spybot, Spyblaster,Bazooka, & Spyware Nuker 2004, Xoftspy, NoAdware.
None of these turn up any spyware.

Thanks for your suggestions.
Tried all of them. No change.
The mentioned message appears under an active window called "Windows File Protection". The active window apperance is very random.
