Windows File Protection Error

After I install windows 2000 and then the service pact 2,
I am getting a "Windows File Protection Error". After each
reboot, I am encountering this problem. I went to
Microsoft site and read the cause for it, but it does not
give any solution to solve this problem. Even though, the
error is not harmful, it is really annoying to see this
error popping up after every reboot.

The Error reads as follows:

"Files that are required for Windows to run properly have
been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system
stability, Windows must restore the original versions of
these files.

Insert your Windows 2000 Professional CD-ROM now."

Can someone help me eliminate this error.

Thanks,

Dilash.
