windows Fax - how to resend successfully sent fax

I successfully sent a fax to someone (from a scanner) and see that in my
sent box. How can I resend the same fax to the same number without having
to scan it again?

By saving the scan to your hard disk.

Can you explain more? Right now I see it is the fax console sent box. Do
you mean I save the TIFF file to hard disk and then re-fax as if i were
faxing a MS Word document?
