Windows Explorer

Wont load properly. I cannot use the taskbar at the bottom. Cannot click on
start or anything. I started having this issue when I put the monthly updates
in. Does anyone have a fix for this???

Press:Ctrl_Alt_Delete keys at one time,in task mgr,applications,select:new
task,type:cmd In cmd,type:CHKDSK C: type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,
type:Sfc /Scannow Install xp cd,exit the menu screen,when its thru,type:EXIT
Remove cd,restart pc
