Have developed a new problem on my system:
I can use Windows Explorer to:
-manually find a file
-use "search" to locate a file
BUT can't get the file to run from Windows Explorer ...
says "Windows can't find file ..."
Yet Windows Explorer just did find the file.

I can go into a program (example: Excel) and open the file
OK.
What happened ... it was OK 2 days ago; no sysytem changes
were made?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
