I deleted the Windows Explorer icon. Is there a way to
get it back? I already emptied the recycle bin.

Go to start-mycomputer-c: -programs-internet
Click to expand...
explorer,find the iexplorer.exe and do a right click on
it and pick create short cut. Or you can do a right click
on it and then you would pick send to and click on
desktop.
