Everytime i would login to windows i would have my Explorer (not internet
explorer) pop up without even opening it. the file it usually shows is
C:/program files/microsoft/synctoys . this happened before i reimaged my
computer but i need a solution that doesnt involve reimaging my computer. I
also highly doubt that the program makes this

Right click your START button, select explore, open the programs and
view the startup, anything there that would cause that dir to open up?

Hi,

Verify that all the values in the key does not contain any incorrect,
incomplete, or null entries (such as ""). Also make sure that all entries
that have spaces are included within quotes. These values can be checked
here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Good luck and keep us posted. I have more info if needed.

I understood completely. Did you check the registry as mentioned?
