Windows Explorer

Hi,

Has anyone experience the problem in which the folder
toolbar in Windows Explorer does not display the folder
list (ie. the list showing desktop, my computer etc etc in
the form of a tree) but show up as a gray area?

If so, what is the cause and is there any way I can
rectify the problem?

Thank you.

(Start > Settings > Control Panel > Folder Options > General > Web View)

Folder Explorer bar enable are
Open explorer view > Explorer bar > checked on Folders

this microsoft information are helpful for windows 2000 explorer view customize.
