Windows Explorer - Sort Folder Pane

In one of our XP computers, the "My Documents" folder is
the last folder under the Desktop (instead of the default
first folder) in the Folder Pane. How the user
accomplished this is unknown.

How do you make the "My Computer" folder in the folder
pane of Windows Explorer the first folder under Desktop?

Download a small program from below website called

TweakUI and run it. Under Desktop you have choice
between My Computer or My Documents to be first or second.
