windows explorer shuts down when we try to send an email

we our having problems with our outlook web access account, whenever we try
to send an email, a message comes up saying internet explorer has experienced
a problem and is closing down, it sends the email but shuts down the web
access email and returns to the home page?? any ideas???
 
hi, norton antivirus 2007 has been known to cause this problem if you are
using this turn of the email scanner
