Windows Explorer Scripting

Hello,

Does anyone know a way to script Windows Explorer (not
Internet Explorer)?
We want to sent which view an the right side appears,
which sorting, which columns are visible.

some extra info.
I want set proberties for windows Explorer which i can
save for all user on local machine.
Maybe i can do that with GPO but i dont know.
