Windows Explorer right click issue

anytime I right click on any folder/program in explorer -
explorer unloads and reloads desktop.

I'm not sure, but check your mouse settings, it might be set to make the
right mouse button bring up the desktop.

Or more likely a misbehaving or malfunctioning context menu utility.
