windows explorer reports error

As soon as I log onto my laptop, I got the following error
message "Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created." After I click Ok, I just
get a blank screen. No icons are loaded. This happens
all accounts on my PC. Please help!!!
