Gary Metzler

Hi all,

I am using windows xp home sp3. Every so often I get this error:
windows exploerer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Is there a
fix for this? Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks,

Are you sure the error message references "Windows Explorer" and not
"Internet Explorer"?

Event Viewer should have details of the problem. Post them here if
you're not sure how to interpret them.
