Windows Explorer Position when opened

I often open multiple windows explorer windows and I'd like to have it always
open in the same position rather than cascading. It does remember my last
view as far as what I see in the window but not the physical position.

open a windows explorer or internet explorer, click maximise and close.
reopen the program. works for any program.

right clicking the taskbar opens a menu
cascade windows

maybe your choose that. if you happened to select that by mistake, you can
select undo cascade window to undo the changes.

Even if folder views are saved with exactly the same screen position, explorer refuses to open one
directly on top of another and the subsequent folders will have the cascade offset in their
positions.

Don't know of any way to disable this behavior, sorry.
