I know it is easy to set folder options so that all folders will have
the same view. But I have not found a way to assign certain views to a
single folder and it's sub folders and NOT make it universal.

My normal view is the list. but there are certain specific types I
would like to customize.

For instance:

I would like all my MP3 files to be shown in detail view with the
bitrate included.

I would like all my image files to be in detail view with the image
size included.

In both cases there are many dozens of subfolders.

Is there a way to make these settings applicable to all the
subfolders? Without affecting the normal view of the rest of my
directories?

Thanks

JJ, did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same question. I could
have sworn I used an "apply to all subfolders" option in WE Options->View
settings previously, but I cannot find that checkbox any more.
