A couple days ago I started to have a problem with my
Windows Explorer. Everytime I try to open any file, I get
this window: "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Everytime I try to open any of the folders I made for my
desktop, it gives me that window and then closes, then
reboots. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated.

To stop your computer from rebooting after each error do this:
go to 'start', 'settings', 'control panel'
click 'system',
click 'advanced' tab and click the 'settings'
button under heading 'startup & recovery'. Uncheck 'automatically restart',
click 'OK'. reboot
will need to get back with the other problem.
