Windows Explorer Flicking

All,

Once windows explorer open, with no problem, find that randomly group of
folders flicking. Also when pointing to a file, on the right hand side, the
cursor flickers very fast between a hour glass and the pointer.

Make sure that there is no malware (viruses, spyware) installed.
