XP firewall is apparently preventing me from getting to a secure website
(Mailblocks.com). When I go to control panel, network connections and
click on my internet connect and then properties, I get a message that says
Windows Explorer has a problem and has to shut down. Thus I can't get to
the network connection properties. Any suggestions on to fix the Windows
Explorer problem?

This could perhaps be the problem described in
http://www.michna.com/kb/WxSP2.htm#Computer_does_not_work_properly_with_Service_Pack_2,
subchapter Explorer freezes or crashes when right-clicking a
file.
