Recently my computer (P4/2000 - XP Pro with SP2) has developed a problem.
Very occasionally when doing something I get the message 'Windows has
encountered a problem & needs to close'. The message window has a 'For more
info check' button which reveals:-

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 00011f6c

and a debug button which reveals a massive amount of info.

This can occur anytime I'm doing something but I've found I can force it to
happen everytime by accessing Scanners & Cameras in the Control Panel.
I'm not sure where to start in trying to fix this, any suggestions would be
appreciated.
