Windows Explorer Error

Hi, Sometimes when I start the computer in the morning, I
couldn't open anything, like My Computer, Network
Neighborhood, files, etc. I get this error signature
whenever I want to open it:

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: wininet.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 0001dc15

What do I do to fix this?
