Windows Explorer error

When I try to search a directory I receive this error almost everyday.

"Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000."

I'm using MS Windows V5.1 SP1.

Is there a fix for this?
