windows explorer error

hi. my windows explorer no longer display the directory
tree on the left pane. the entire left plane is empty,
gray panel. the shift key, fn, print screen and any
shortcut key combination e.g. ctrl+c do not work.

please help.

Hi,

What service pack is available in your system try
installing SP4 it would solve the problem.
