Windows Explorer error when reading or transferring video files

I have this problem every time and on any hard disk. The error log is
attached. Is it a result of some video software that is interfering with
Windows?

Hi,

Have you tried deleting qdv.dll and replacing it with one from the system
cache (C:\Windows\system32\dllcache) or Service Pack backup
(C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386) yet?

Hello,

Been on a trip out of twon. Just tried the idea below. Didn't work. Any
other ideas out there?
 
Possibly related to my problem is the following error which happens at boot
up. No answer to the error when I click the link to send to Microsoft.
