Windows explorer doesn't see new hard drive

I have Vista Ultimate. My new machine came with one 250GB HD, I added two
250GB HD and they show up in explorer. When I added the 4th drive a 500GB
it shows up in the BIOS and in Device Manager, but, I don't see it in
Windows Explorer. I uninstalled it in Device Manager still doesn't show up
in explorer. All the HD are Seagate SATA drives.

You have to partition and format the HDs for explorer to show them.

Use Help and Support and search for partition and format, which will lead you to
guided instructions.

Did you partition and format it?
