Windows Explorer Display Changes

Is there any way to change the details of "size"
and "date created" tabs in windows explorer.
For instance I would like to change the KB in Bytes and
also see seconds in the date created tab.

I think that it should be doable but I can not find a
solution.

No! You cannot change it. By design Windows OS display the
size of the files in KB and date/time in hours and minutes.
