OK,
I've found the procedure for changing the target directory
of Windows Explorer in the microsoft support site. It
works fine provided you go to start/programs/accessories/
explorer. Who actually does that? I open windows explorer
by right clicking the start button. Unfortunately the
procedure posted by microsoft doesn't appear to work when
opening explorer this way. All the time I save by opening
to my preferred directory is lost because I have to scroll
through the menus to open the program. Does anyone know
how I can adjust the startup directory of Windows explorer
when opening it by right clicking the start button?
