windows explorer cannot select one file.

Hi

In Professional XP , when do into windows explorer, mouse always selects
all files, upto start of folder.
Same happens with desktop.
Cannot then select one file ??????? apart from first one.
What has gone wrong ?

Hello Darren,

This occurs when the "Shift" key on the keyboard is held
down. Perhaps the keyboard is faulty, or it may need to
be cleaned.
