windows explorer again

attention Ramesh, I tried both of your fixes -toolbarcop and shellexview
and neither seemed to do anything. maybe this will help you diagnose my
problem. this is error message "faulting application explorer.exe version
6.0.2900.2180 faulting module explorer.exe version 6.0.2900.2180 fault
address 0x000139f8". i would really like any help you can give. like I said
before, this driving me nuts!
