Windows Explore has stopped working

Ok, when i login to windows vista RC1 Build 5600, it starts to load and then
i get the error message "Windows Explore has stopped working" then after i
hit close it says "Windows Explore is restarting." It restarts and then it
dose it again. It will keep doing this over and over again. The same happens
over and over again. When it came up "Do you want to send more information
about the problem?," and i hit View Details under Giles that help describe
the problem where

c:\users\user\appdata\local\temp\wer1044.tmp.version.txt
c:\users\user\appdata\local\temp\wer217B.tmp.appcompat.txt
c:\users\user\appdata\local\temp\wer22D4.tmp.hdmp

Other programs have started. (IE: AIM, Skype, Internet Explore). That is all
i have done, I would like some more help.

Hi,

Open Task manager, kill all those "other processes" like AIM, Skype, etc.,
then see if Explorer will finish loading.

I have done that, and i have done what other people have said and changed my
default browser to IE but notheing works!
