Windows Explor;Internet Explore; Control Panel none will open.

I can't get Windows, Explorer, Internet Explorer, Control Panel to open.
When I click on any of these the computer acts as if it's trying to open them
and then either does nothing or locks up. Sometime the desktop will refresh
and act as if the system is rebooting.

I am having the exact problem. If you ever find anything out, I would sure
appreciate some help. Thanks.
