Windows.exe has generrated errors...

I get this error message when I start Windows Explorer. I have a new laptop
with a Windows 2000 installed. Its a company installation and not
straightforward to get it reinstalled and I don't think this will solve the
problem anyway as its a new installation anyway.

I have service pack 4 installed. It is only me and one other colleague with
this problem.

Any advice welcome

windows.exe would be a virus, run a full virus check. Assuming you have some
AV software, though it sounds like you dont. In that case, try this:
