Windows Error Message Help TIA

Error message labeled "Windows - No Disk."
Message:
"Exception Processing Message
c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9 4 75b6f9c 75p6bf9c"
This appears on starting & goes away after half a dozen clicks on
"cancel".
Any help gratefully accepted.

Are you trying to access a CD ROM with no media in it or a removed drive?

What you should do is look in the event logs for the exact error

Click START | CONTROL PANEL | ADMINISTRITIVE TOOLS | EVENT VIEWER

Lastly,

Spoof your AOL e-mail address unless you like spam

Try to download the Diagnostic tools fto test your Hard Dtive health from
the Hard drive manufacturer website.
Access the BIOS and make sure the first boot option is the HDD then the
CD-ROM, make sure there is not any CD left in the Drive causing this message
to surface and there is not any loose cables from/To the Motherboard and
HDD.

Does this same error message appear if you start the system in Safe Mode?
Restart the computer, as the BIOS splash screen disappears repeatedly tap
the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears. Higlight Safe Mode and
press enter. Login to your account. To start in normal mode, restart the
computer and proceed normally.
