windows email problem

I am using vista home premium and everytime someone send me an email , i
receive that email TWICE !!
CAN ANYONE PROPOSE ANY SOLUTION?

Click on Tools, then Accounts. Do you have two email accounts with
the same incoming mail server? If so, delete (remove) one of them.
