MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS (e-mail address removed). I AM UNABLE TO FIND MY EMAILBOX
BECAUSE MY BROUSER IS INTERNET EXPLORER, NOT OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
PLEASE HELP. DONA RAE RUTHERFORD

Note that entering messages in this newsgroup in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is
considered equivalent to shouting, and normally should be used only if you

fewer people to read and answer your problems.

Which version of Windows do you have? XP and before have Outlook Express,
which is an email/newsreader program, not a browser. Vista has Windows Mail
as its email/newsreader program, not Outlook Express. Windows 7 (still in
beta
test) comes with no email/newsreader program. However, XP SP2 and more
recent, Vista, and Windows 7 allow you to download and install the Windows
Live Mail email/newsreader program.

AOL recently ended their support for the Netscape browser program, but still
allows you to download copies without offering any support for them.

We generally don't support browsers in this newsgroup, only the Windows
Mail program.
