Comcast has started requiring users to change the port used for outgoing
mail, but has been rather poor at telling their users about this in advance.

Please note that when you go to the URL Robert gave you,
not only is the SMTP port number changed, but you also have
the wrong server names.

In your account setting make sure under properties of your mail account under
the server tab, check the box next to My server requires authentication
