Windows DVD maker Error

Hi All,
I am getting a weird error message when I try to make a DVD using DVD maker
in Vista.

It gets to 99%, ejects the blank DVD-R and displays the following message

"The Owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist"

and then goes back to the burn screen.

Any thoughts on whats causing this? I have tried encoding 2 different files,
one which is DivX and one which is MPEG, but get this error with both.

Any help much appreciated!
