windows directory

Okay, so I know this is simple, yet I do not know what it
is and how to find it! ARgghh! So please if anyone could
direct me as to how to get to the windows directory so
that I could download a screensaver into it I will be
happy!
 
Screen saver files should go into the Windows\System32 folder, unless they
have their own installer.

Click Start, Run and enter %SYSTEMROOT%\System32

This will open Windows Explorer to the System32 folder.
 
C:\windows
or C:\Winnt

Be sure your Screensaver isn't infected with a virus.

If you can't get that far, perhaps you shouldn't be installing programs
without install apps with them.
