I think if your program are in quarantine in WD, you can remove them from
quarantine in tools.

Engel I am aware that I can remove it from Quarantine but it is not in
quarantine. Windows Defender came up with a question when installing a
program. It gave me a chose to deny or allow. I chose deny since I didn't
fully understand. It was a run file of some sort. But in Defender there is no
way to change my mind and allow the run file to function.
