I ran a full scan on my computer a couple of days ago using Windows Defender
and a log file was saved containing the results of the scan. I need to look
at that report again but I don't know where it's saved at or how to access
it. Can someone help me?

(software that isn't finished and is still in the bug-checking phase)

run another scan, save the log and take note of where it's saved.
