Windows Defender Waring

WDW has found Program:Win32/UltmateCleaner Alert level High. I have remove
all but it does not go away. What do I do?

Update both Windows Defender and your antivirus. Restart the computer in
Safe Mode, and scan with both, and remove what is found.
