Windows Defender rebooted my computer

since i had upgrade Microsoft® Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) to Windows Defender
(Beta 2)
Windows Defender Version: 1.1.1051.0
Engine Version: 1.1.1185.0
Signature Version: 1.13.1276.3
after the automatic scanning the computer rebooted.
in the event viewer i see event 1001:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000000a
(0x00000166, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804e5433). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini022106-01.dmp.

I'm not sure how this works, after the fact, myself. If you use the links
in the system log entries related to the crashes--do they take you to a
place that will enable upload of the data?
