Windows Defender is not updating in a SUS environment !

The Windows Defender is not updating in the SUS Environment. I do not know
is this a limitation of SUS or do we need to uograde ourselves to the WSUS
for updating this?

Is there any modifications that can be done on the client end to allow
Windows Defender to grab updates by not contacting the SUS server for the
updates as the SUS doesnot support this.

Any suggesstions on this would be great !!!!!!

Microsoft has stated that Windows Defender definitions won't be available
via SUS. They are available via WSUS now, and have been since the program
became available.

I don't know of a workaround, but if your clients are able to reach Windows
Update, the definitions are also available that way.
