Windows Defender doesn't appear to work

Have WD installed. Scan every day at 11am. After scan do another with Spyware
Cleaner and get 25-35 objects every time. Never see anything in WD
quarantine, or other logs???

You did not mention exactly what Spyware Cleaner found.
Windows Defender does not look for cookies possibly since Internet Explore
already controls cookies.
