Windows default download manager

Anybody know how to bring up the default download managrer
program without actually downloading a program? How about
the registry location as I need to change an accidentally
set option. (zip files automatically download to temporary
folder and then unzip) I would really rather put them in a
folder of my choosing for later consideration. That
option, however, is no longer present,

To get the download dialog box, enable the "confirm open after download"
option for that filetype:

Click "Start" -> "Program Files" -> "Windows Explorer".

Then click "Tools" -> "Folder Options".

Change to the "File Type" tabs.

Scroll down to locate the file type. Highlight the filetype (example :"PPT
Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation") and click the "Advanced" button.

Then check the option "confirm open after download".

Also, set the "NoSelectDownloadDir" to "0"
