Default download manager

Where do I look to find the default download manager. I
need to change a setting I accidently made that causes
anautomatic action when I would really like to have an
option.

In Windows Explorer, click TOOLS menu|FOLDER OPTIONS|FILE TYPES tab...

Select the file type in question and click ADVANCED. Checkmark the
"confirm after download" box and see if that does what you want.

XP doesn't have a download manager.
